GradSWE at the University of Utah seeks to identify and address the needs of graduate students in engineering, with an emphasis on promoting gender diversity and inclusion in STEM. We aim to establish a supportive network of graduate students and faculty across campus to foster growth, connection, and success, in both our professional and personal lives.
Why should you join GradSWE?
GradSWE was founded just this year, to better bring the benefits and resources of SWE to the graduate community on campus. Our growing committee is focused on hosting socials to bring graduate students together and establish our presence for the future. We are also developing a mentorship program geared specifically toward graduate students, whether they are looking to start a career in industry or to learn from post-docs and faculty about life in academia. The best part about our committee is that it is young and evolving, and we always welcome new members and great ideas to give GradSWE a strong start during its first year at the U!
